Tucagua and La Chika clothing are different from other surfwear - beachwear brands. Our style is casual and practical with bohemian flair. We have been making beach clothing since 1992 with our roots in beach culture and outdoor lifestyle. Interesting fabric textures with pure colours are what we concentrate on with our designs.

We work with factories in Nepal which are run with ethical management. Our cotton fabrics are handmade using traditional weaving techniques. Our colour dyes are eco-friendly. All fabrics are 100% cotton or 100% natural wool.

We belong to the 1% for the Planet organization. A donation of 1% of our sales goes in the United Kingdom to the "Marine Conservation Society". Turtle conservation is our choice target area for financial help.

When you buy a piece of our clothing you have something unique. The name Tucagua is a symbol of nature with the Toucan bird and the Agua is water in Spanish.

We are surfers and for that reason we keep our focus on being just a little apart from mainstream clothing brands.
